The Black Archives History & Research Foundation of South Florinda Inc. presents Community Day this Saturday, Feb. 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All activites are free and open to the public.
*The Funky Turns 40: Black Character Revolution Animation Exhibition
Attendees can view over 300 pieces of black animation art from the 1960s and ‘70s; including popular Saturday morning cartoons like, “The Jackson Five”, Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids.
*Movie Marathon
View movies featuring Black super heroes.
* Black History Month Heritage & Neighborhood Tour
