The inaugural exhibition of actual printed response from, then, Chief Frank Mitchell responding to other state’s Precinct surrounding Dade-County’s hiring of “black” patrol men., carefully carves out the landscape that conditionally keeps these typed letters in context with the era and times of segregation.

Exhibit will remain up until March 1, 2019
