Folklife Friday is sponsored by the CRA with the objective of promoting cultural events and supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs.The Open Air Market, takes place every first Friday of the month on the 9th Street Pedestrian Mall (adjacent to the Historic Lyric Theater) on N.W. 9^th Street and 2^nd Avenue.
